Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vinsent Security handles information while protecting and operating Discord servers.
1. Information we process
Vinsent Security processes Discord server IDs, channel and role IDs, user IDs involved in moderation or security events, server configuration, permission structures, audit-log attribution, and operational timestamps. Premium customization may store images you intentionally upload.
2. Why we process it
This information is used to configure protection, detect abuse, apply moderation actions, create server backups, restore supported server structure, deliver logs, run requested music features, and maintain per-server premium customization.
3. Message handling
The bot may inspect messages when AutoMod protections are enabled. It uses that content to identify configured spam, invite, link, mention, or attachment violations. The service is not designed as a general message archive.
4. Storage and retention
Server configuration, the latest server backup, premium assets, and security event records may be stored in the configured MongoDB database. Operational records are retained only as needed to provide recovery and security history, or until the server owner requests removal.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Discord data. Data is shared only with infrastructure required to operate the bot, when a server owner intentionally configures a webhook or external integration, or when legally required.
6. Security
Credentials remain server-side and are never sent to the public dashboard. Access to sensitive bot commands is restricted to the Discord server owner and configured extra owner, with limited moderation exceptions.
7. Your choices
A server owner can disable modules, logging, YouTube notifications, premium customization, or remove the bot. For a data-removal request, contact the team through the linked support server and provide the relevant server ID.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when the service changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
